At Genvoris, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our AI-powered website builder. Because we offer a "Free Forever" tier that allows you to fully test and use our core features before upgrading, we maintain a strict refund policy for our premium subscriptions.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Users Only)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee exclusively for new users who upgrade to a paid subscription (Pro or Pro+). This guarantee is available only for first-time subscribers. To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • You must be a new user with no previous paid subscriptions on your account.
  • Your refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase.
  • This guarantee applies only to your first initial subscription payment. If you have previously had a paid subscription with us, you are not eligible for a refund.

3. Subscription Renewals

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins. You can easily manage and cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Genvoris dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of the 14-day window may be granted at the sole discretion of Genvoris in exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged technical issues preventing the use of the service that our support team is unable to resolve.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@genvoris.com. Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
