These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Genvoris ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the genvoris.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Description of Service

Genvoris provides an AI-powered website builder that allows users to generate landing pages, portfolios, and business cards using artificial intelligence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice to you.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • You are not under the age of 13.
  • You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. AI Generation & Content

Genvoris uses AI to generate content based on user prompts. You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and the resulting generated content. You agree not to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive. Genvoris does not claim ownership over the specific text and layouts generated for your distinct use, though we retain rights to the underlying templates and generation logic.

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain premium features of Genvoris are available via subscription. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay Genvoris the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
